Meet the bees

Every jar starts in our bee yard in North Central Florida. The honey changes with the seasons because the bees work whatever is blooming nearby.

We're a registered apiary with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and active members of the Bradford County Beekeepers Association.

Raw means raw

Our honey is extracted and jarred with nothing added. If it crystallizes, that's a good sign. Set the jar in warm water and it turns runny again.
